Entering Grades 4 to 6 (The Intermediate Nutmeg Award is for grades 4-6, and the teen department has the middle school and high school titles for older readers!).
We will be reading and discussing "The Total Eclipse of Nestor Lopez" by Adrianna Cuevas. We supply the grab 'n' go kit, including the book and goodies related to the story to keep. Read the book, then join us on Zoom for discussion and activities. Courtesy of the Carol Pieper Memorial Fund. Zoom codes provided by email before the event.
UPDATE!! In order to include as many children in the group as possible, we ask that you register for only one Nutmeg grab 'n' go kit per family. Additional copies of the Nutmeg nominees are available to borrow and return. Thank you for your understanding.
