The Trumbull Health Department will be offering the Moderna Bivalent Booster & Pfizer Bivalent Booster on the following dates:
- Monday, October 3rd: Moderna
- Tuesday, October 11th: Moderna & Pfizer
- Tuesday, October 18th: Moderna
- Wednesday, Oct 19th: Pfizer
Booster Eligibility:
Moderna Bivalent Booster:
- 18 years of age or older
- 2 months since last dose
- 12 years of age or older
- 2 months since last dose
Per the CCD, you should wait at least 2 months post infection to get a bivalent booster. This is also supported by a recent preprint that showed that boosting within 60 days of infection negated the benefit of a booster.
