Stratford home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Stratford rose by $21,800 while total sales increased by 3.6%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Trumbull rose by $33,000 while total sales increased by 8%.

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Stratford rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 18.4%.

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Trumbull fell by $18,500 while total sales increased by 1.3%.
