Sunday, March 16: Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s college team wins to St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans

On Sunday, March 16, former Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, won 4-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.

The game took place at Frank Vieira Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Spartans this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. at Frank Vieira Field against Assumption Greyhounds.
