On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Felician Golden Falcons.

The game took place at Cal Ripken Experience. This was their first matchup against the Golden Falcons this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 10:30 a.m. at Lynn Baseball Field against Lynn Fighting Knights.
