The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Trumbull fell by $10,559 while total sales increased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 373 homes sold, with a median sale price of $340,000 - a 3% decrease over the $350,559 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Trumbull in the second half of 2016.
