The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Trumbull fell by $5,000 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 223 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $355,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 183 homes sold in Trumbull in the third quarter of 2016.
