On Sunday, March 23, former Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Saint Michael’s Purple Knights.

The game took place at Frank Vieira Field. This was their second matchup against the Purple Knights this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 25 at 3 p.m. at Frank Vieira Field against Southern Connecticut State Owls.
