On Sunday, March 9, former Trumbull High School standout Cassi Barbato’s current college team, the Radford Highlanders, lost 12-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the James Madison Dukes.

The game took place at Eagle Field at Veterans Memorial Park. This was their second matchup against the Dukes this season.

The Highlanders’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 6 p.m. at Anderson Softball Stadium against North Carolina Tar Heels.
