On Wednesday, April 9, former Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, lost 6-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Connecticut State Owls.

The game took place at Frank Vieira Field. This was their third matchup against the Owls this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 12 p.m. at Sullivan Park against Saint Anselm Hawks.
