On Friday, March 7, former Shelton High School standout Jafar Vohra’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, lost 8-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lynn Fighting Knights.
The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Fighting Knights this season.
The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 11 a.m. at Lynn Baseball Field against Bentley Falcons.
